Our Story
In the spring of 1989, a young Sheboygan craftsman named Ron rolled a fresh coat of paint across his very first jobsite and officially opened the doors to Hi-Tech Painting & Decorating. What started as a one-man operation with a single ladder and a well-worn brush has grown—project by project, referral by referral.
From the beginning, Ron built the company on three simple pledges: do excellent work, treat every home or business with respect, and finish when promised. Those principles still guide Hi-Tech today. Their mission statement—"to bring beauty and joy to every space we paint"—isn’t marketing fluff; it’s the daily standard by which crews prep, spray, and hand-brush everything from century-old Victorians to bustling manufacturing plants.
Over the last 36 years the team’s capabilities have expanded well beyond traditional interior and exterior painting. Clients now turn to Hi-Tech for fine wood staining and finishing, wallpaper installation, epoxy floor systems, cabinet refreshes, pressure-washing, and even intricate wood-repair work. Because the staff is employee-based—not temporary subcontractors—Ron can invest in constant training and quality control, ensuring that "Hi-Tech" results live up to the name on every job, big or small.
